Based in Liverpool's creative district, Baltic Triangle, Echoes & Waves invites vistors to discover the rich history of Liverpool's music scene and it's role in shaping popular music around the world.
The installation was part of Liverpool's hosting celebrations during Eurovision 2023, as replacement hosts supporting Ukraine, and recognises that we are all 'United by Music'.
