Over the last 25 years established innovators Urban Splash have been pushing boundaries and breaking the rules. Their design-led, human-centric approach to pioneering urbanism across the UK has positioned them at the forefront of property development – making our cities and neighbourhoods better places to live and work.
Working with brand strategist Miles Falkingham our remit was to re-focus the positioning & messaging before creating a comprehensive brand system - better reflecting where the company now is and demonstrating where they are going.
The refined and expanded design system unifies the residential and commercial aspects of the business whilst underlining Urban Splash's commitment to design & quality, bringing a more grown-up and coherent approach to communications.
A new asset library of photography was commissioned – and working with photographer Felix Mooneram, we created a new palette of styles and archetypes for Urban Splash capturing the places and people in neighbourhoods around the UK.
The project spanned 2 years – incorporating sub brand strategy, partner and place-making brand identity solutions, design guides for key applications and a design framework for the new website - developed in collaboration with our digital sister company Tokyo Wolf.
