The Atkinson

Southport's favourite cultural venue.

2013

The Atkinson is a busy, much-loved cultural hub on Southport’s Lord Street – theatre, galleries, museum, library and more under one roof. We built a brand and digital toolkit that make that breadth feel simple and inviting: a clear voice, flexible layouts and an interface that turns a complex programme into an easy pick ’n’ mix for families and culture-seekers alike.

What we did

Visual Identity Brand Guidelines Web Design & Dev Editorial Wayfinding Campaign

One venue, many voices – a clear, modern thread

The identity leans into British-modern – confident, welcoming and accessible – and scales from wayfinding to web without losing clarity. It reflects what the venue is every day: a place to discover music, art, history and live events in one go.
